As far as what we needed, it was perfect. I love how much head room the bottom bunk gives you. It looks nice, but it is wobbly. I could tell it would be by looking at the pics before I bought. Our local bed store had one identical to this, except for it had bigger bolts and was very sturdy… however I opted with this on Amazon because of the price difference of $400. This was under $200.It wobbles to the point you wonder if maybe you should do some kind of bracing, but just be careful And it’s great. I am just over two hundred pounds and the bottom bunk has handled me fine. I’m not rough on it. But I wouldn’t dare sleep On the top. I leave that for the little Children.
