I don't normally write reviews, but this had to be one of the most frustrating projects I have ever undertaken. There were three of us putting this together and after an hour and a half of work, we realized that we had installed some of the cross beams upside down. The instructions were unclear and, therefore, we had to take the whole bed apart and start over. None of the screws etc. were labeled, so it was a guessing game figuring out what part to use. The instructions were either unclear or just flat out incorrect. Overall, the bed looks nice now that it is together - even with help, it took at least six hours to complete and, honestly, I think I could have done it more quickly with a visit to Lowes and building from scratch. If the instructions were clear and the hardware was labeled (I've never seen a manufacturer not label so many parts), then I might feel differently about this purchase.
