The bed comes pretty much how it should. It is very cute!! The stairs are sturdy and you can switch the slide and stairs to whatever side you want easily. LOVE that about this product. What I don’t love is the wood does split easy when putting it together. Making it not super stable for a kid to use. My MAIN problem is The safety at the end of the slide for this product is not something you can take off. It’s a lip at the end of the slide. My two year hits his toes and back on it hence the chipping on it. It’s something that HURTS my child so he is scared to go down the slide. I would return it but it isn’t worth taking apart a bed trying to get everything together and sending it back.
