It's pretty well made. The windows have a plastic film and the door can be tied up. It's a bit longer than her loft bed but it makes no difference in play. It's held on with velcro tape, the side that sticks onto the bed came off within hours so we used a staple gun and stapled one side of the velcro to the underside of the bed. Just to keep it from just falling off but we still can take the curtain off when needed. Overall I'm happy with it and my 4 year old loves having a little fort!
