PerfectaMy daughter freaking loves this bed. It’s the only thing that got her to sleep in her own room. It’s sturdy and feels safe.It was kind of hard to assemble. The instructions are clear but the holes weren’t always deep enough. We were able to make them a little deeper and build the bed, however Post D that is half of the ladder had the holes drilled on the wrong side of the post and I wrote to the seller who responded quickly and sent a replacement within a week. Excellent customer service.Sadly the slide was broken and unable to be used.I ordered this bed for my son and when I received it not only was the product used - box had been opened and an attempt to assemble it was made but I wasn’t shipped all the materials needed to build it and all the screws and bolts weren’t marked because the bags had been opened by who ever bought it before. On top of that, there was wood pieces that I had to carve out myself in order for them to fit and work because they were not completely carved out. Wouldn’t recommend them at all. When I got in touch with the company about my issues and complaint they ignored my emails and attempts to contact them.My son loved the bed. It is a neat loft bed. The hidden hole is fun play place and the bed isn't very high. Great bed BUT within two weeks one of the rails fell off. We had t o get better screws for it. This was after the "predrilled" holes had to be fixed because they were drilled sideways or not the right size. I'm glad he didn't fall when the side came off.
