Shipping was super fast and instructions were very clear. My kids and I put the bed together with no problem, however plan on 4 hours for assembly and you definitely need 2 people to assemble. This bed has now been used for a month by 4 very rambunctious kids and they love it. I would have given it 5 stars but for two issues. The small plastic caps that go on the top of the ladders were very hard to snap into place and 3 of them broke during the attempt. This doesnt change the functionality of the bed at all. Second issue I've noticed is some of the screws coming loose so I have had to go retighten them. Again my kids are little monkeys and climb on the bed like a jungle gym. The constant shenanigans probably caused them to wiggle loose. It's not an issue for me but it's something to look out for. Overall, great value for the price!
