So far, satisfied with this product. One of the screw caps did snap off while I was tightening it, but that's more an aesthetic issue than a functional one--the raw edge of the screw is still unexposed and you can't see either screw cap when I have the caddy full. The place where I wanted to put this id on a painted wall, which, they recommended not to do--and I can see where that would be a problem so buyer beware, it's probably worth listening to the manufacturer advice here! But it just so happened that I was placing this somewhere where the weight is partially supported by a permanently fixed towel bar so I wasn't worried about the adhesion being perfect. The largest compartment is a LITTLE tight to fight my Dyson hair dryer AND its cord, but I made it work. I really didn't want a much larger caddy anyhow. You need to insert the small basket into the caddy BEFORE you fix the screws in or it won't fit. The caddy happily fits my Dyson, A straightening brush, my husbands beard trimmer, a brush and a couple combs.
