We bought this bed for my son. We surprised him by setting it up while he was at school. He loves it! It was easy to assemble and looks really sharp all set up. My only issue is that when the mattress was recommended as a bundle I ordered the bed as well. The bed was the wrong size and I had to go and purchase a twin-size bed from a local store.They style was what we were looking for, for our son and it came in 2 boxes. It was fairly easy to assemble but will take a few hours if doing it alone. But when it was all said and done the entire thing shakes, a lot. My Child is only 40lbs and the whole thing shakes as soon as he puts his foot on it. The "solution" to this is to anchor it to the wall with the 2 screws that came with it. But aside from not wanting to put fairly large holes in my wall, the frame is unable to reach it flush due to trim pieces.Sturdy beds. Kids love themSteps hurt feet and missing a hole for the screw on the keyboard stand.The Instructions are abysmal.My daughter ❤️ Her loft bedThis was not necessarily the easiest to put together- there were a couple of holes that they just forgot to make that were necessary to attach the ladders, so we had to do that ourselves. Just a couple things like that, but if you don’t have the tools to remedy the manufacturing mistakes then this would be a much bigger deal.However, the bed itself is really cool, and my son says it’s the most comfortable bed he’s ever owned. He has tons more room in his bedroom now, and our cat likes it too because it’s a high up place where dogs can’t bother him. A winner all the way around!
