The product is ok for the price. I like others do not like that they left the drawer stop unpainted and that the silver screw heads are visible after assembly ($1 worth of same color plugs could have covered the heads and hid them) The bed is very light once assembled and even with recommended mattress on it. so you can't lean against it or it will slide. If you are over 5'9 this bed may be a little short for you because of the head and toe board design (they come up a couple inches above the mattress)it is not made for abuse and though it says 400 lb capacity I would be a little leery of 400 lbs moving around on it. Hey it's not a $1200 bed so I would not expect it to be superior craftsmanship.The instructions are a little confusing in a couple of spots but my wife and I had it together in less than an hour.It is ok looks decent and to the manufacturer PAINT THE DRAWER STOP it ruins the look.It will be for a guest roomThis company went above and beyond to make sure my issue was solved! They kept communication to resolve each problem and made sure my order was taken care of…. Plus the bed is beautiful!!!I returned item same day received July 22 from UPS, seller received on July 25 but as of August 26 I have not received my refund. Could have received a better review. The day bed didn't work in the guest room too bigI am 65yr old adult female and I have to share my room with an emotionally handicapped young college student I sort of adopted. We were sleeping in a bunk bed and it was miserable! So, we agreed to redo the room with 2 twin storage beds. I just love this bed! It is sturdy, solid, thick real wood and, it was easy for the two of us to assemble.The bed is sturdy and nice, but it came damaged in two visible areas. Packaging could be better. To avoid this. Needed it, so won’t return, but won’t buy from them again.
