I received this product almost 2 weeks before the assemblers could come out to put together. This was set for a day before I needed them for my kids. The gentlemen could not put together as D1 part was too long. This is unacceptable to sell defective products! It took 24-hours or so to find out they are rescheduling the assembly until July 1 2022. I need the part sent ASAP so I can just try and put it together myself before next Friday when my kids will have to come. I wish I had seen more of the negative reviews vs one or two positive before buying. I will update this IF the new part is sent and no other issues before next Friday.Update: Customer service did what they could, but since a new part couldn’t be delivered when I needed it, they at least refunded me my entire amount.The bed itself is great. Good quality, sturdy, and a lot of fun. My issue is with this distributor. It took them 2 weeks after my estimated delivery day to even ship the package. When I finally got it, it was just one of 3 boxes. I only got one tracking number. So I had to call the company and figure out where the rest of the bed is. The gave me one more tracking number with the last box’s tracking number being in limbo. Long story short, the third box wasn’t shipped until a full month after my original estimated delivery day. Not to mention the instructions for assembly are pretty hard to decipher.There are a few other distributors on Amazon that sell this exact bed. My advice is to buy with someone else. But get this bed because it’s great!Unfortunately the slide piece was broken in half during shipping. Luckily I was able to repair it myself with basic carpentry skills. It was also white slide, I thought I ordered the brown one, not a big deal. The rest of the bed is absolutely wonderful! Great storage! My toddler loves her new big girl bed! Slide is a bit steep for this mom, so I added stuffed animal landing zone, my daughter is a huge fan! We added mini lights under loft and stairs for fun.Fairly nice kids bed. It wobbles a bit if I climb in it with my kid even though we are combined below the weight limit but I feel like it's fairly sturdy. Slide is very steep and fast.Slide is extremely steep she hurt her tailbone & the wood split in half the 1st time my daughter went down it. Also, There were pieces that were not in the instructions and it was missing hardware. If u don't mind not having a slide it's a nice loft bed.Easy to assemble and sturdy. My child is 7 years old and loves it. The steps have a lot of storage and the slide is functional for getting down. Holds a foam mattress with no need for a box spring.Terrible!! Seller won’t pay for return shipping it was broken when we got it now the number they gave us goes to voicemail overseas!!! Worst product and customer service ever!! Do not buy!!!!!This was carefully designed. It takes a little concentration to assemble. Follow the instructions and item numbers when assembling.
