I'm giving it four stars because I love it!BUT the slats and support feet that come with it are not the best quality.Support feet have broken off and I just put it together last night.I had read a review on this bed in another color and read the product description, so I knew I would need to buy a bunkie board to support the memory foam mattress without a boxspring.I purchased the Zinus snap together bunkie board and it fit alright with about an inch left on each side of the bed.I laid it on top of the four slats that this bed comes with and ziptied it to them.It is only myself and my two dogs sleeping on this bed, but so far it is sturdy with no issues.I may end up getting that cross adjustable metal piece with support feet to add support to the middle of the bed.As long as I still love it, you won't see an update.Pictures attached, purchase if you go into it knowing you may need to alter things a bit.I bought this to serve as a frame to hide my Serta adjustable queen bed base which I also bought on Amazon and it looks absolutely gorgeous in person. It was packaged nicely & arrived undamaged in two separate boxes-one for the headboard, the other for the frame-and pretty easy to put together. I agree with other reviews that if I was relying on the included slats, they don't appear to be supportive enough for your mattress and you'd need to buy something else to supplement. But for my purposes it was perfect, looks waaaaay more upscale and high quality than the price suggests. The teal color is just beautiful and adds the perfect amount of color to an otherwise white and grey room. Definitely recommend!Your box Frane will not fit unless under 7 inches.
