I had a lot of issues with the bed itself. It was really light, cheap-feeling wood. It had a lot of damage when I got it. Building it wasn't easy at all because the measurements were off in certain areas. And it was not as sturdy as I thought it would be (even for a loft bed). HOWEVER, I'm giving a high rating because their customer service was amazing! They were responsive and helped me get what I deserve, which is a refund. They were very understanding and seemed earnest. And communication was very smooth, clear, and straight to the point that we worked it out in about a day and a half to two days.
