Shipping was fast and directions are clear. It came in 3 large boxes and they showed up on different days. Easy to assemble as far as large furniture items go, and less than half the $$$ than the same bed at several furniture stores. She will be able to use this even after she's over the Princess Castle phase - its a super cute loft bed under the pink tent. Drawers giving it extra storage and the stairs being safer than a ladder sold us on this model.
