Some damage but not worth sending back or getting them to send a new part. I am upset there were so many little dings and stuff.Update: The manufacturer sent me hardware and I was able to assemble the bed. It is very sturdy and I assembled it by myself. The instructions were easy to follow. After an original poor experience the manufacturer made a very happy little boy with an awesome new bed.This bed was delivered in 2 separate boxes with no hardware. I contacted the manufacturer and was told to contact Amazon as they could not help me. I contacted Amazon and they were kind enough to send another bed...with no hardware again. I now have two beds and I can't put either one together. I went to multiple hardware stores to try and purchase the hardware but the sizes and items needed are not readily available. My poor son is sooo disappointed. Do not buy!It works for us since we do not expect it lasts for more than two years. Assembling is not too hard but you will need professional tools to help. Lots of nails and some of the holes and screws do not line up well. Many cracks in paint. It wobbles when you climb up but I hope it will stand up. Overall you got what you paid for.I had to do several modifications to make the pieces align properly. Some damages to the corners of the pieces. Perhaps due to packaging and shipping. Definitely not worth returning the item since the turn around is several weeks. Worth half the price. It does look nice once built and my daughter is enjoying it. That’s what matters most.It was horrible to assemble by myself took 7 hoursCutest most awesome bed wish they came in king size lol! Took about two hours to put together with just me alone but very easy and looks great! Kiddo lovesWe only received one shipment and the materials inside were not complete.
