So I really want to give my appreciation to the seller for fully replacing my item when part of my item was stolen at delivery while I was away from my home. When I originally got the item the slide was cracked and they were willing to give partial refund for that. But I realized I didn’t have all the pieces so they went ahead and shipped me a full replacement.Now the ease of assembly was hard! But as a woman that is more used to ikea set ups, i definitely was able to do this with a friend of mine. Some of the holes weren’t in the right place but I made it work for the back panels etc. We were too short to add the top roof part ?! Im still happy I saved money on not getting the expert assembly.I didn’t even know lights came with the product it makes it look so much cooler! A little expensive but worth the money and fits in a standard room.I’ve already sent this product to some friends hope this helps. Make sure if you have any issues contact seller first they are so open to help. Thanks again!
