I purchased this bed the end of January/2023. I did not build it until about mid February. When I open up the box it was parts missing. It was cracks all over the frames. I called the main company and left a message and to this day I have not heard back. This is the purchase that I regret the most from Amazon for the amount of money that this bed cost it should not have that many defects and now I have to purchase another one because those cracks are getting bigger. This will not let me submit without giving a star, but this deserves zero.
