Not sure what happened to my previous review but I've come back to update that while I am still quite unhappy with the product, I'm quite happy with the customer service. I have requested a refund and with only some minor difficulties on my end of uploading pictures, they easily and quickly gave me a refund, They were quick to respond and I uploaded the pictures they requested yesterday and my refund is already in my bank account and did not require me to try to fit it back in the box to ship back. While I will be more careful with the items I select, I do not have a problem purchasing from this company again.
