In addition to the four bars often found in other frame styles, there is a bar located across the center which acts as a backbone to the frame. This extra bar with its two legs adds to the sturdy support. The frame comes in a stylish silver finish. The Hillsdale bed frame is 83.5" long and 78" wide. It comes with instructions for easy assembly.
